  1. She is not getting a new trial! 🤦‍♀️ she was normal trying to stop that phonecall exposing her crazy acts at school, and normal calculated covering up and lying after the murder! She wasn’t in a psychotic break! Just a spoiled brat embarrassed about her awful behavior mom discovered! These kids today resort to a lot of violence and their behavior is extremely calculated!

  4. That’s not the point of the appeal! They are appealing not being able to challenge a prosecution psyche witness that she was in a psychotic break at time of the murder! Stay on topic! Listen before typing! I don’t think she will get a new trial but we never know! What constitutes an unfair trial is up to the state Supreme Court judges. Defense knew ahead what the experts would testify to so a bit late to cry about no defense to a rebuttal.
