This lawyer is twisting the whole case law away from the gun access to kids! She wasn’t convicted due to her son’s act! The gun access law states if you give a kid your gun and they murder you are also responsible for the deaths! Duh 🙄 this guest is a gaslighter!!! A twister dork! Nobody should listen to this fool! By law Jennifer is guilty of the gun laws and manslaughter equally with contributing to the act of her awful kid she ignored mental problems of! Maybe she is Asperger’s with zero emotions and that’s why she doesn’t understand what she did??!! I think something is off with her brain! Maybe just an extreme narcissist in denial at all cost??!! We see it a LOT in these trials!

It was nothing about duty to stop her son! It was about preventing guns from children so they don’t murder with them or you as a parent are fully responsible! This lawyer shocks me with this massive gaslighting! Anyone falling for this crap is full on stupid! She is not getting out for any appeal! By strong laws she was found guilty very ethically by that jury! The law got her because she was LCT and irresponsible with deadly weapons!

@FakeNewsNJ oh yes they did and more laws were enacted too! Most every state has laws that you can’t buy guns for kids underage and on the fathers application it asked him if he was buying the gun for himself and he lied and said yes but it was kids Xmas present! So they both broke gun laws of that state bad and is why they were convicted!!!! DUH 🙄 you are not informed at all! Google the charges of that trial and what they were convicted of!!!!! The father admitted he lied on him application and that’s against a law!
