  5. You must offer a plea deal to one to get the facts of what happened in order to put the bigger perpetrator away for life or DP! Otherwise hard to figure out who did what and who to charge with what? Or to get the details! Cops just found a dead body in freezer and no other details! How are you gonna get the details of how she died and if a murder took place if you are the cops?
