  6. The defense lawyers are avoiding assisted purgery that can destroy their law license! So this testimony is allowed in this case to protect the lawyers! It’s not common but defense must have been told by Telles he was the murderer so taking themselves out of it so not prosecuted and lose law license! There’s a case law for this!
