@9Greyskies that stuff will always be addressed at sentencing in death penalty cases as it will go toward judgement and brain damage issues to try to get him out of the death penalty! Defense will use it to their advantage with a Dr witness to testify how heroine affects the brain as it’s hugely damaging forever on a brain! He isn’t autistic but brain damaged from heroine! But I don’t feel that will get him out of death penalty for 4 heinous murders like these for the motive everyone thinks was at play here! Rage and jealousy and being a incel weird anti-social awkward guy is no excuse to get lesser sentence on the mitigating factors!

@cinderbella9391 noooo! It’s used as such though by defense lawyers in death penalty cases as a mitigating factor to try to get murderers off death row! In this case it won’t work as this perp was a successful member of society and not a scumbag from a bad home or poverty life! Very privileged really just had no social skills due to personality disorders, and perhaps unattractive to the ladies and raged against being in the incel group.

@ that’s not the point of the death penalty! It’s not being used as an excuse for the murders! It’s a factor getting off death penalty as it’s against the laws to execute anyone with a mental defect. But he is not autistic or the lawyer would have used that as the nr1 reason to get death penalty dropped and age is on the 3rd hearing fighting this with 4th different f’ing excuse to try getting him off death! Proves she knows he will be convicted and is guilty I know that! The jerk should just confess for life without parole if he wants it so bad! A psychopath narcissist like all the other murderers, but I think it was his only murdering based on his thesis wondering about how a criminal would think about it asking other kids to help him answer those burning homes in his empty soul. His lead up to these murders leads me to believe it was his first time and also being so sloppy leaving evidence too!!! Not using a rental car and removing the plate or turning off his phone and not knowing 6 kids were in the house! He was too novus to have gotten away with other murders or attacks!

Death means solitary with no visitors for 30 years until all appeals are done and he gets executed! He doesn’t want isolation I am guessing?? As an anti-social you would think he wants to be alone?
