@Angel-jh4ok takes couple months to do the PSI on both sides to get psyche docs and tests done etc. plus have to get victim impact statements scheduled too!

@helloshiny8475 he wasn’t there! Had alibi!!! He testified and jury believed him! He was solid on stand! He was accused of helping by defense but that was a big lie! I am sure he took a poly too! We all believed his testimony!

@Serenity-x5p since she was guilty of the murder she wasn’t guilty of second charge of helping someone else dispose of the body. It was a lesser charge so only 1 applied!

@helloshiny8475 30 to life for second degree but likely more since a gun was used! The other was a a lesser charge about the body disposal in case of no murder charge. So only 1 applied.

@britmorris00 no reasonable doubt as the lies were obvious and all her coverup showed she was the only one who did the murder and burial! Nobody helped her do this and is why the secret could be kept for 9 years! Jury said the daughter lied as they did not accept that narrative! A ton of circumstantial evidence pointed only to her! A lot was pointed out at closing by the DA and her testimony was impeached bad by DA on her lies so this was easy decision but left a couple unanswered questions only if a guy helped her bury him? The rest was all her alone when kids were at school no doubt!
