  1. Obviously a scandal, but Britain is still in the SEPA area, even if they leave EU. He only needs to find a bank anywhere that takes part in that system.

  2. ​ @onkelzhamburg72  In Germany it's about holdings in companies and maybe some similar things. So, you can't move abroad and then sell it, without paying taxes. Many countries have this, BUT only for their citizens.

  5.  @cupidok2768  Depends on your citizenship. Citizens of some EU country (and some associated countries) only need to prove to have enough savings to sustain themselves for your one year, including health insurance, to live in another one. Alternatively, having a job there.
