  1. There could be many areas where this would get in the way and also it would be hard to proof. It's also not a binary thing, nearly everything will be partially created using AI.

  2. The UN is not a good or legit organization, they are rather hostile towards the developed world, against men and so on. A global regulator would only harm the countries allowing it to be in control. USA and Japan would ignore it, for the EU things would even get worse. No thanks.
