  4.  @Spyderinagourd  I am aware breach of contract exists in African and Latino countries, as it does in Western countries, and I an aware debt exists in African and Latino countries, as it does in Western countries too, iirc, the US national debt is $35 trillion, yet it still manages to have a decent quality of life.

  5.  @Spyderinagourd  people breach contracts all the time in western countries and of the top 10 countries by national debt, only Brazil is latino or African, so clearly it's not some evil conspiracy by the sons of Yakub to keep African and Latino countries poor.
