  4. 10:35 What you need to remember with speed limit advocates is that their limits are arbitrary in the first place. What makes doing 21 on what used to be a 30 so evil? Blank out. No facts or reasoning can be used to counter what was never based on facts and reasoning in the first place. The only solution is to point out that it is all arbitrary, and that the speed one does should be based on the static and moving hazards one perceives.
