I am not arguing that it doesn't mean freedom of speech from legal consequences but I am arguing it doesn't mean freedom from social consequences. It is his channel, and he can do as he wishes. Also, I do not think he is an authoritarian at all. He is a fan of the Austrian school of economics and jokes about how people think to protect us from gangs of thieves, we need to have a massive gang of thieves known as the state.

  5.  @shekuilleoneal5780  Read the First Amendment again. It says "Congress shall make no law..." referring explicitly to the government. Private property owners are not subject to the First Amendment then.
