  1. Like all the lawsuit these Rouge Judges do, this will goto SCOTUS and they will rule in favor of Trump. This is just a delay tactic for Democrats to get their people back in and access to the system and destory evidence of waste. Trump is willing to do this because once SCOTUS rules in favor of him Democrats will never be able to have Rouge Judges block him for the rest of his term when he fires people or cut spending. It's best to get these out of the way now, than for it to come up in Trumps 3rd year, and Trump knows this.
