It does not make sense to cloister highly contagious diseases in a cloak of privatized  care which the sick can not afford. We are lucky enough that ebola will express itself early, and [so far as is known]  is not contagious before expression of symptoms. If our society stingily keeps privatized the misery of infectious illness among those who can not afford even basic medical care: we may be engineering later contagious outbreaks among the less unfortunate..
