  2. They style themselves as DPRK: the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Well... They got 1 out of 4 right. A DPRK delegation sought to enlist the company in Paris where I worked. I was asked to join the delegation for a working dinner; but I declined. A friend went in my stead. It's standard procedure for the seller to pick up the tab, but those guys saddled my buddy with the full cost. He was so embarrased that he did not ask the company to reimburse him. AFAIK nobody else agreed to do business with them.
