Trump won't just throw you under the bus - he'll charter the bus.

'Dog bites man' is not a story; 'man bites dog' is a story.

What the Hell does he give a flying damn about living Americans?

If he does get sent to prison, the inaugural ceremony would have to be held in the Big House; if it's on NY State charges, he would have to serve out his term behind bars. Either way, he would still be under Secret Service protection in the slammer - what a lousy detail that would be for the agents.

@anthonysilvestri4946 I find it insulting to them that you compare The Don to intelligent and decent orangs.
6
That's votable.
5
@inazuma3gou in God we trust, but verify.

Once the bills for their fees make it to the waste basket.

@alexvaraderey all this is both correct and horrible, but the damage goes beyond that. With very few exceptions, funding has been terminated sine die for humanitarian relief operations, and for so much more. If your project had been receiving funding from the Federal Government: that has stopped, pending review. Previous incoming Administrations had also conducted reviews, but continued to fund initiatives, pending the result of the review. These reviews also had been few and specific, rather than across-the-board; they had generally been conducted under the watchful eyes of Inspectors General who had not been illegally mass terminated in a Friday Night Massacre.

Good question Elections supposedly reflect the mood / or the mind / of the electorate. Trump was duly elected in 2016 through the process in vigour, however he lost the popular vote by a crushing absence of mandate: most voted against him.

Out of respect for his father, I held back from calling him 'a bastard'. The more I hear Junior speak, the more it were respectful to call Junior a bastard.

I can't start a comment. Or can I...

@anthonysilvestri4946 He talks and acts like Mafia; but at least the Mafia has some code of honor. My apologies for failure to make the needed contrasts.
3
@anthonysilvestri4946 he talks and acts like a Mafia boss, only more dumb and scary

@redneckshaman3099 If that's the standard for a 'stable genius': then my neighbor's toddler must rival Einstein.
3
@@Walks30 He's an icon -or at the least, a con.
3
@jimmckee2940 most persons had not taken an oath of official office, let alone tape it.
3
Catchy; but if you were a poll worker in Georgia: you had hell of a lot to fear if ever you gave witness before Congress under oath.
3
Give him a break! Santos was awarded the Medal of Honor for his bravery on D-Day 1944.
3
They might sue Cancun Ted, but they have no case against the government for the goofy rantings of one legislator.
3
We had a pissful transition of power.
3
They're not "pro-life" - they're pro-birth, and often the most rabid supporters of moves to demy programs to help children, such as Head Start. They want proliferation without assuming responsibility for their position.
2
@som980 for what?
2
@eciliaenelson6293 You were not asking a question. You floated some fluff you pondered, and for which there is most likely no possible answer. You can still float your fluff, but a musing should never be mistaken for a genuine question - unless you work for Faux News.
2
@roberthenry9319 might that perhaps derive from a lack of definition of the term?
2
@minniewright4325 Trump's needs should not be part of the greater political discource.
2
Glad to hear his honest tip of the slung.
2
The new House majority has managed to send shivers of fear throughout financial markets by threatening to make the US default on servicing the national debt.
2
They are "pro-life", but only up until birth. After that, kids can go to Hell as far as they care.
2
The right to near arms... The otiginal intent can not have been that flintlocks were the firearms, progress to infinite massacre was what the Framers had intended. Thank you for making that obvious, "Justice" Thomas.
2
@lovinlife9648 Isn't it somewhat strange that no major recording artist had released a track about Melania: "That's Why The Lady Is A Trump" ?
2
He's not "the former disgraced former Republican congressman" but the disgraced former Republican congressman. He is still disgraced.
2
Slogans matter.
2
Approx 1:01 ... Four years ago, were you better off under Trump deadly Covid?
2
@johndavidwolf4239 If you call her "Miss Piggy", that will clear things up.
2
@EileenClarke-f9z Does that matter anymore? If a legislator perform at the behest of a concerned party, and get paid in advance: that's corruption; if the payment occur later, it's a tip.
2
There is no driving Trump crazy - he IS crazy.
2
@anthonysilvestri4946 or, some might be from his father, some from the vicious counsel who served HUAC and McCarthy's vicious inquisition so well on the 1960s.
2
He is a public adulteration.
2
It's a matter of decency. THEY don't have it; part of their objective might be to extract decency from you. Stay decent.
2
I sense that, although she is dumber that sheet rock: she is not as evil as Trump.
2
I generally steer clear from personal invective. Donald Trump is a clear and present threat to democracy.
2
Sinema is a fraud. She had been a Green activist, and campaigned as such, then became a corporate shill once elected. If the good People of AZ need a feckless CorpShill in the Senate: at least may they clearly elect a Republican.
2
All Comer needs to go crazy, is to move.
2
Executive privilege protects the Presidency, not any given President.
2
@elizabethdillon4945 Trump touts that the economy was the best ever under his Administration.Objectively speaking, it was better under JFK. More disputably, it was better under Carter - despite the severe external shocks. The economy was no better under Trump than it had been under Obama. One can accept the notion that the economy had been better for Trump's coterie than it had been before he took the levers of power.
2
The best time to deport a mass of eager workers is when there is a serious labor shortage. -Donald Trump (not a direct quote)

0.17 that erred on Fox "News".

Cancel the major proponents of fighting "cancel culture", just because they ferociously engage in cancel culture? That might become too confusing, even to them.
