With Donald Trump, chaos is not a theory - it's a practice.

Trump is beyond any moral bounds. The electorate seems to be comfortable with that.

Librarians are the front-line defenders of the First Amendment. Bless them.
80
Our Service members swear an oath of allegiance to the Constitution, not to any one person.
78
They built a gallows. This was not some spontaneous expression of anger: the pieces fit nicely, and there was no nearby lumber yard where the mob might have found the wood they wanted. This was premeditated.
75
Why has Alina Habba not been disbarred yet?
56
@cheryleverson3494 he shows no sign of advanced intelligence; but he is dangerously cunning.
46
A buddy hit back hard for my confusing this stack of excrement with the musician, Steve Miller. There is a fundamental difference: the World is a better place for giving us the famed musician.
32
@ssgusa whoa, wait a moment... Trump threatens to use our military against our fellow citizens - is that not treason?
28
Universion has an opportunity to remove a nasty cloud from its shoulder.
23
To paraphrase Lenny Bruce, sainted comic / social critic:: It is the suppression of truth that hurts.
21
@user-gk-y8t Trump has no axis of morality other than his personal gain. Why he would hand the keys to government contracts to someone deeply embedded in government contracts? Do the math.
21
Biden is rather articulate. He has some skips, though not markedly more frequent than the polymath Macron, a generation younger. Has Biden spoken more disguidedly than Trump? Tick your box. Biden, as our head of State, must speak on many topics; Trump, as head of nothing of consequence, can blast his mouth.
19
@emmajones8590 RFK / junior has some good insights into our food supply; however, his anti-vax advocacy shall have resulted in many deaths... the toll is indeterminate.
18
@middle_of_the_road Tariffs are not at all like a sales tax. There are many differences, but a significant one is that many imports are of raw materials and intermediate goods which are used in the manufacture of products exported from the US, thus putting American companies at a disadvantage in international markets, and costing American jobs.
18
@middle_of_the_road It will not work and can not work. Try speaking with an economics professor somewhere. Among other reasons this is a bad idea, is that it is extremely risky for public finances to depend on revenue sources which, by their nature, dissuade consumption and reduce the tax base.
18
@DaveSchultzXXL the oath of office pledges fealty to the Office, not to the person.
16
Musk rats are well expected to flood these discussions.
16
@kelperdude Keep hoping. That might let you navigate beyond the goofiness of some mythic extinction of our country.
15
@themurph930 Norway is expensive; Norway defines "expensive". Norwegians drive to Sweden to do their shopping. That's how severe your wallet would get hurt. Money matters aside, I can't think of more beautiful a People than the Norwegians. They made me feel at home, everywhere.
15
@@melodykannel8936 The view of... what?
12
You can not become the world Chess champion without a sharp, agile, mind. It is a common fallacy to attribute perfection and qualities to a person on the basis of what little you know. I tend to trust Gary more than most I had never met. AFAIK he would find an idolatry of him.. totally disgusting.
12
His former AG Barred him.
11
@cpirtle Folk you
11
@leatelierr because.. they are "white" ?
11
@juniorlegendary3559 Congress already has term limits, AKA elections.
9
Deported back to his native South Africa? That might seem cruel and unusual.
9
@sheldonsmith3680 "normal people" would have been jailed for Trump's contempt of court.
9
@TheCloZer11 these have been good years, except for the pandemic. Trump wanted to wish it away with genuinely stupid "recovery'" help. We do not need a President inhaling his own gas.
9
Tuber finally decided not to destroy the lives of serving members of its armed forces. He must have remembered when he... Oh wait - he NEVER served. Coaching football players was far more important than putting on a uniform to defend our country.
9
More a parody than a joke; in either case, not funny.
8
Some committed perjury. They would not have been confirmed unless they affirmed that Roe was stare decisis; meanwhile, you can not have attained tenure on the sharply Catholic faculty of Law at Notre Dame unless you vehemently opposed Roe.
8
@jamesaugust7498 given enough time, an OT scripture will be found to condone such behaviour.
8
@donsutton738 Is there any testimony that family members abhor his ultta-right murder convenience? Inquiring minds want to know.
8
@sergeyp1069 You are unclear in which airtime you propose. He has recently spoken on NPR and on PBS over US airwaves, has repeatedly been the featured guest of the BBC. If you are cut off from his perspective: you might re-evaluate your info feed.
8
@ChefChevyTv did Trump free enslaved persons? Just asking re your / goat.
8
Have you noticed that everyone supposedly addresses Trump as "sir'? It's never "Mr. Trump", nor "Mr.President", nor ""Donald", nor even "Hey!". How credible is that?
7
@Ihavezerocharisma Those among us who were BORN IN THE USA can stand and work to correct the BS you are shifting on us.
7
Cannon Law has taken on a new meaning: do nothing unless it take forever.
7
Trump shouldn't talk without a teleproctor.
7
@13bustah "evil", in the end, is a judgment call. If you don't consider it anti-Christian to oppress those who, in our modern time, were just looking for a manager: vote Trump. I have never known of a presidential candidate who was so alien to the message of Christ: of compassion, of loving "your enemies'. Even in two Corinthians, there is no room for revenge combined with the Message of Jesus. Do not vote for Trump, the opponent of Christ.
7
There is a sharp contrast between the Commons in Britain, and the House in DC. The Speaker in the Commons shall guide propriety; the Speaker in Washington, of late, guides policy.
7
@TheCloZer11 that were a hellish burden of proof. A decent participant might indicate his/her point of error. Not what happened here.
7
@user-ok2mq6ig5y if you are using the English language athwart: your better move might be to correct a recent mistake.
6
Stand-up comedian grabs the 'mike. "2 Corinthians walk into a bar; George Santos" ...and the crowd laughs uncontrollably.
6
She is a national treasure.
6
@Jace-x4n might you think of one person prominent on the political scene, who talks openly about taking revenge on his opponents? This should not take you long.
6
@sheilaboston7051 BiBi guns are no longer the non-lethal gadgets of my childhood. Keep "Iron Dome" operational, question the rest.
6
@sergeyp1069 it might have been more obvious than if you had not been so coy. Then again, you obliquely alleged that Some Dark Force is keeping him off NBC channels where, nevertheless, I had seen interviews with him. Please might you become honest for a while?
6
I have looked back. The economy is rather stable; others might call it "robust'". Your ken diverges from mainstream analyses. Might you please offer an enquiry not based upon bought point of view?
