  1.  @cooper-lunayen1944  Kansas City has some 30,000 federal employees. If, as the stated plan goes down, 3,000 jobs will be eliminated. That is like shutting down a major car factory. The local economy will take a huge hit. That can make housing much cheaper, but this won't be a comfort to mortgage holders.

  3. Sales of TESLA cars have been tanking. Jan '24 to Jan '25 has seen a fall of about a half in Europe. Might part of this be due to Elon Musk praising far-right political parties in countries where he has no.riight to vote? Enquiring minds might like to know.
