  2. We don't know the legal basis for the class action suit. He can't win on grounds of constitutionality, since those are private companies and the 1st Amendment only applies to government.

  12. There is no guarantee of free speech on social media. All must abide by ToS to which they agreed when they signed up, including clauses which place restrictions on causing offense.
