  10. The general consensus seems to be that Trump is on the hook for fraud: He is said to have inflated the value of his assets when he needed to secure a loan, but deflated the value of the same assets for tax-reporting purposes. That sort of behavior does not sit well with the IRS.

On some mere incident - such as the Reichstag Fire, - Trump might suspend civil liberties for as long as it takes to consolidate his extra-judicial power. One 4-star General, two 3-star Generals, who served closely with and under Trump's Administration, found him essentially a fascist and unfit for office. These were West Point graduates who had been given our torch to shine a light against fascism. They saw its shadow in Trump.
