MrNateSPF my point was that there's nobody is putting soup between their legs and even if they did and burnt themselves that would be seen as their fault for the inherent temperature soup has to be served at. Don't put hot liquids between your legs and don't get burnt, they weren't finding them for having too hot of coffee, they were finding them for how they responded to the claims of the burn victims although not their fault.

  2. Saying things like "maybe if she where younger, the burns would be as bad.", just shows disregard for the consumer.

  3. MrNateSPF ya see if they simply didn't respond negatively instead just recognised the issue even if they didn't try to solve it. I don't think they would have lost. Even a 'sorry not our fault' response would be better than the consumer is wrong and dumb even if they are. They threw punches at an old lady and lost the case for it. That's why you'll see a lot of companies settle out of Court, they often know they'll lose just because they are the company.
