  2. I personally don't think it's beyond the IDF to strike aid workers in an attempt to dissuade other aid workers from operating in the area. With the sigint that mossad has they would have certainly known the identifies of the occupants of the vehicle if they cared to check. Unless the claim is they were so negligent that they didn't cross reference any intelligence before dropping 3 hellfires onto unarmored civilian style vehicles. It does seem like Israel is not fond of aid workers especially with how they don't want to partially open the northern border entrance to aid workers. I digress, Israel has done stuff like this before and will continue to do it in the future. They don't care because it's not jews that died.
