Home invasions are extremely rare especially when people are home and are often done with the intent to steal as much as possible from the home. Home invasions that are done intentionally while people are home are exceptionally violent and often have more than a material motive. Criminals who choose to break into your home knowing your there are more likely to want to do you physical harm.

  7. Sensors on the soldier, their helmet, and the rifle would give enough telemetry data to be able to accurately predict where in space a rifle is pointed. Targeting is a 2D problem until you begin to deal with range which can be overcome with machine learning and other manual input Think about how in VR you can see where your hands are pointing just using a few sensors. Take that idea and throw a few billion green backs at it until were dominant again. Good technology especially in the combat space should adapt to the fighter not the other way around.
