  1.  @uhadme  while the sentiment is true we do have a health crisis in America. I blame high carb and high sugar diet. When I first started removing carbs and sugars from my diet for health reasons I realized just how many foods have sugars in them. It's almost impossible to avoid. I still don't blame the food companies. All they're trying to do is make a food product that people enjoy. If more people chose the healthy options then that is what these big companies would sell but it's just not what sells. And that's the point, the problem is people don't care about their health or care more about convenience, taste, and the feeling of being full than they do about their overall health. It's fine to eat things that are bad for you but not for every meal if you care about yourself.
