  1. Common conditions like ADHD/ADD, depression, and anxiety can alter the body's reaction to caffeine. The dopamine receptors compensates for the lack of dopamine. Drinking caffeine releases dopamine so in people without ADD/ADHD, ext. it makes them have more 'energy' and 'feel good' effect. By in taking caffeine, someone with ADHD the body is always in 'fight' or 'flight' while the caffeine turns that off. With me, if I drink an energy drink or a lot of soda, it makes me sleep like a sack of potatoes. It also helps me focus in smaller amounts.

  2. ​ @AngelCaekes  nice racist comment. You state that the contents of the book and theory are harmful because it is discriminatory yet you preach rasism. You are an unconvincing hypocrite rasist. I don't even believe in Q Anon or any of that other stuff but to outright state that there aren't groups of people, whoever that may be, trying to control the world's population through the weaponization of social justice and empathy is ridiculous. There are people who openly state their agenda. Follow the money from these mega cooperations, index funds, etc and you'll find that there is a massive amount of coordination going on behind the scenes. And stop being a racist. It's distasteful.
