@khatdubell the 2A doesn't apply in the courtrooms. There are 1A restrictions as well because the idea is that someone's 1A and 2A rights are not as important as being able to conduct the processes of justice. It is unlawful to protest in a courtroom. It is one of the only places that firearms can be constitutionally not allowed. Even then TikTok is a Chinese spy platform. The US company is just a shell and is owned by a company that is controlled by the CCP. The US preventing a national security risk by disallowing companies controlled by our enemies from operating in the US is reasonable. We wouldn't let Iran or Russia operate a major social media company in the US either. I'm generally a classical liberal but this falls under national defense which is one of the few legitimate duties of the government.
