  8. ​ @HealthyDev  the desire for long term forecasts is the root of the problem imo. Instead of setting goals and milestones realizing that they will change moment by moment they try to predict what the company will need in that 3-5 year period and pretend to know how to measure the work and how to measure it before it even exists. At my waterfall company every sprint is a 5 point ticket plus a 3 point ticket. It just doesn't mean anything. Totally meaningless estimates.

  12. It's easier to prove a property is used in the commission of a RICO related crime than a vehicle simply because properties have addresses that are commonly shared during routine business communications.
