Deflation is worst than an inflation because Economists fear the falling prices that will lead to lower consumer spending, which is a major component of economic growth. Which means Deflation increases the real value of debt, making it more difficult for borrowers to repay their loans. It can lead to defaults, foreclosures, and bank failures. And China cannot sustain any of that right now with there falling population and not forgetting there debt. "NEVER COMPARE CHINA TO THE UNITED STATES IN TERMS OF ECONOMY AND DEBTS VALUES" because let me tell u something buddy the US is in a far better position than China in terms of debts. The US Economy do not depend on trade that much like China to bluster there economic growth like what China does, and not forgetting in order for China economy to start growing like it use to they need to pay there debt which is 85% or even higher than that of the country real gdp and not forgetting china need immigrants to help with there aging population and that is a very important key role u need to boast your economy and it was proven many times... so u need to educate yourself more when it comes to this topic
