That's because they don't have the experience and for the record Winnie the pooh said in a speech the other day that his pilots doesn't have good training!! I swear to got when I heard that I busted out laughing because u know why? He want to take Taiwan but doest have a good military and u said China military is better than the Russian military lmao, the Chinese military is worst and check the Chinese military inventory they have more old weapons than Russia and you're not even suppose to compare China to Russia, because they share the same weapons so they both are losers
