  6. People are addicted, it doesn't matter what it is, it's important that you are addicted, then the object of addiction can be replaced with something else, but the neural connections of addiction will remain in the brain, it's a puppet string, a leash that you can pull a person by.

Apparently, we need to look for organizations and beat all the thresholds, this is bureaucracy, unfortunately, I think that these houses for the homeless are for show, like many "charities" in the United States. Perhaps you need to register or queue up with the organization that deals with these houses so that they know that you exist and want to live there.
