The 2019 Paris Climate accord gave China (and India, already the two biggest polluters on the planet) carte blanche to increase their C02 emissions, AS MUCH AS THEY LIKE! till 2030, when it would be "reviewed". China is still building coal fired power stations, China ignored the global climate accords, the UN knew they would, so they made it so it look like they had some sort of say what China did as far as emissions were concerned. Its all bullshit, a farce. Its wealth redistribution.
