@MilesTraveler I Know for a fact, the mega wealthy are shipping in bunkers, built in Texas to remote areas of NZ and installing them. At the cost of 10s of millions. I live in a very remote part of NZs South Island, and know of 3 with a 4th on its way. These are buried on land only really accessible by boat or helicopter, they are not holiday homes or hunting lodges, but bolt hole bunkers buried beneath the ground. Taking to the contractors working on them in local pub is very interesting, some can house up to 30 people, for years.

@gregstewart6429 Makes me wonder what do they know? no one spends 100s of millions of $$ on property and shipping a bunker in for "maybes" and "might happens".

@hordegaming4771 Depends where you live, being nationalistic means something completely different in Scotland, for instance as it does in the U.S.

@Terminus Est Whats hilarious is they think they are doing it secretly and that locals aren't aware. They clearly have no idea about living in a remote rural community. One of the guys working on one of told me "They are silicon valley guys, they think because they need a GPS to find their bunker the locals would too" They are dreaming. :-)
