That happens all the time here in NZ, Pacific islanders working in NZ get ther relatives over for a "holiday" and the two weeks they are here they "catch" Heart Disease and need heart surgery, or some other health concern that normally takes years to manifest itself suddenly pops up, Luckily while on holiday in NZ where the treatment is free.

  8. In NZ they worship the horse. Not the animal, the PM Ardern :-) Oh and the All Blacks, saying you don't give a fuck about rugby here is almost treasonous.
