  1.  @coolkitty2075  LOL, reminds me of years ago when i was 19, i returned to the UK after the family emigrated to NZ when i was a small child. Still British citizenship then and a British passport. I worked in London for a year, but wanted to live in Newcastle where relatives were, moved up there, and found a job at a shipyard that was doing some renovation work on oil and gas rigs, but it wouldn't be starting for another 3 months or so. So in the meantime i thought i would apply for the dole, in short, got told by an Indian woman with a strong accent to "Go back home if i wasn't working, because the dole was for British people" 🤣🤣This was after i showed my British passport to her as I.D.😆

  2. Because the truth of the statistics involving certain groups would be too alarming, even for the people with their head in the sand, and would raise certain questions and truths that the govt doesn't want to acknowledge, let alone tackle.

  4. I now realise why there are so many ex UK cops coming into the NZ police lately. This place is starting down a similar path as the UK, but its nowhere near as bad, yet.

  8.  @bigal3780  Mate, I live in a VERY remote part of NZ, and within 50 square miles of me there are 3!! bolthole bunkers built by extremely wealthy Americans. When i say bunkers, i don't mean secure holiday homes, i mean buried either partially, or in one case completely in the ground. They probably think they are unknown, even among the locals, but when they were getting built, the tradies involved would talk to anyone who would listen in the only pub for miles, where they stayed while the work was being done😆One place, apparently, has a movie theater with seating for 30 people🤣 and a group of silicone valley types has a private jet fueled and ready 24/7 ready to whisk a group of them down here at a moments notice. For someone to invest that much cash into all that, you have to ask, what do they know?
