I live in a small town in NZ, one of our more...financially stable residents who has an AMG SL65 found himself in court for "Sustained Loss of Traction and Unnecessary Exhibition of Speed" He excuse to the judge was that "he must have accidentally turned the traction control off" the judge was not impressed with his lame excuse :-))

  7. In the late 80s to late 90s, my dad and my uncle imported 2nd hand cars from Japan for various dealers. Mainly pedestrian Corollas and Accords at first but later after i got involved more sporty/performance cars like Mitsi EVO 3,4,5s RX-7s Gallant VR-4s and the odd Skyline GTR. They were stored in big warehouse mostly but sometimes out in the yard. One morning the cops came in and asked us if they could look at the security cam footage as they had caught a guy jerking off on our cars. Apparently this nut job had a car fetish and had been caught before molesting peoples vehicles. :-))

  8. Rotaries are VERY popular here in NZ, also in Aussie, My first decent car when i was 16 back in the mid 80s was a RX3 coupe, if only i still had it.😒
