  1. Why don't they just breathalyse her? instead of those theatrics. Here in NZ you would get breathalysed, if you failed that, you would then be taken down to the station for an evidential breath test and/or blood sample to see how drunk you are.

  2.  Dyler Turden  Here, they have this device that, after they pull you over they get you to talk into, state you name, address etc, then, IF that gets a reading, you then have to give a breathalyser test. Does the U.S not have those? it would save a shit ton of fucking around.
