  1. Here in NZ, if you refuse a breathalyzer you will be detained for a EBA at the station, refuse that and you will be ordered to take a alcohol blood test, refuse that and Police will arrest you and charge you for your refusal, and the court will impose a fine and/or prison sentence.

  2. Can you blow air through your lips?......Yes? then you can do a breathalyzer, there is virtually zero resistance blowing through that tube. She's drunk, she knows it, and she's trying to avoid the test, and the consequences that will follow.😏😏
