  1. Once i would have scoffed and mocked such an idea, but he lives in the U.K, and that septic little isle is an authoritarian paradise, they actually have thought crime. There is an ordinance set up around some areas in Birmingham, where Prayer is listed as a "prohibited activity" under the ordinance. You are free to stand within that area, and free to think about anything else—but for directing your thoughts to God and silently praying, you could be tried and convicted of a crime. And this is exactly what happened to a woman recently. So yeah, if i was Paul i would be getting the hell out of there.
