@RichSmithsonThey also cause absolute chaos on the roads when they rent vehicles. I work for a vehicle rental company, and we have had no end of issues with them. They buy a license in CH, many of them have never driven before, but NZ accepts their CH license as valid. CH does NOT let you drive, unless you have a CH license. I’ve lost count of how many of our vehicles they have written off in the time I’ve been working there, best guess, 20/25.

@SilencedRabbit They certainly are here in NZ, I’ve witnessed them spitting on the floor of restaurants on numerous different occasions, plus every summer they come here (NZ) rent cars and camper vans with Chinese bought licenses, and cause absolute carnage on the road.
