  1. The place I work at bought a hydraulic power pack, and the 32A 440V 3 phase plug that came attached was an absolute joke, a hazard, no where near up to NZ safety standards. All the wiring on the power pack had to be replaced as it wasn't up to local standard, it was a total safety hazard.

  2. They built a BMW X3 or 5 copy a while ago, and it was a DEAD RINGER for the BMW, BMW took the company to court for copyright breach and the Chinese court sided with the Chinese company stating it didnt look anything like the BMW. It was literally identical.

Here in New Zealand there is a "youth subculture" where music "enthusiasts" cover their cars in dozens of industrial speakers, loudhailers and sirens, then compete to have the loudest and clearest sounds, often playing.... Céline Dion😮‍💨they are called “siren battles”🤭its offensively loud and sounds like crap. China has a similar thing, but the perps are old, Square Dancing Aunties🤣🤣

I work in a lab, and we hired a young Chinese woman living here in NZ on a work visa, she hadn't been working for a week, when one day during lunch, she pipes up and says "So...who else cheated on their university exams?" The lab manager was sitting having lunch with us and the look on her face was priceless. She only lasted a month, she knew nothing at all about lab work.

  5. Its not in their mindset or culture to innovate or invent, all they do is steal. The company I worked for makes rigid wing-sails (among other things) for racing sailboats. The amount of time and money that went into preventing digital Intellectual property theft was incredible, and the attacks always came from one source. It was relentless, day in day out. I went to a farming trade show that is held each year here in NZ, and got talking to some guys who design modern rotary cow milking sheds, and they said they get attacked digitally as well! from the same place, another guy who designs hydraulic attachments for tractors and excavators overheard us and joined in and said the same thing, everyday, non stop attempts at IP theft coming from China. By moving so much production there, the world has produced a monster.

When i was in London from 87-89 on a working holiday as a motorcycle courier I'd come across telephone boxes in the west end, that were wallpapered in "Tart cards" many advertising services of dominatrixs or other fetishes. Some had photos many had drawn art, I ended up collecting a scrapbook full of the drawn ones because the art was kinda cool😏😏

The mainland Chinese woman that works in the lab with me will sometimes say some stuff that is critical of the CCP and China, but her sister who sometimes comes and has lunch with us, freaks OUT when she does it in front of her, the sister is scared the CCP will find out and punish the parents back home. They do say some hilarious things tho, they once asked if goats were a breed of dog😆 and another time asked how many legs do chickens have?😆😆

  10.  @ciaoatutti307  When my son was young he used to go down to the local corner shop (run by a Chinese guy) and buy these terrible fake Yu Gi Oh cards. They were badly done knock offs with nonsensical English written on them, stuff like “Laughing the dragon amazes the flower with mist”. 😂😂 He very quickly learned to spot the fake packs.

A Chinese guy bought the local corner store on my street a few years back, one of the first things he did was turn all the cold drink refrigerators thermostats so the drinks were lukewarm, when i asked him why he said "Because cold drink puts out the the fire in your belly" 🤣🤣 Because the refrigerators were coke branded and used for coke products, the sales rep made him turn them down again so the drinks were chilled.😆
