Who defines hate speech? .... the problem is that whoever is in power at time will define hate speech based on their ideology.

@Bruce strkland what some people consider art others consider offensive.. for example the statue of David is considered a masterpiece to many and to some it is considered a lurid display of nudity . Queen Victoria was one such person and a fig leaf had to cover his penis

@King Mav irrelevant. The point is different ideologies see hate speech as meaning different things. Using the wrong pronoun for transgenders is considered hate speech to many on the left, however most conservatives would not consider it hate speech.

@King Mav Idiotboy, you have no clue what hate speech is Here is the definition : “abusive or threatening speech or writing that expresses prejudice against a particular group, especially on the basis of race, religion, or sexual orientation.” The restrictions you have copied and pasted had nothing to do with “ hate” against any particular group
