@Nickname s the police closed the hwy because protesters were spilling on to the freeway and said it was not a safe place for demonstrators.. that doesn’t mean the protesters were given permission to be on a closed freeway

@Sandy Allen more than that , I did some independent research and the protesters had no permission to be on that highway .. The cops closed it down because protesters were spilling on to the freeway said it was very dangerous for them to be on it.

It looks like he has his low beam on I doubt if he even saw the crowd until it was too late.
