  3.  @The_Fall369  Even from this video I can see that the lieutenant drove on for two minutes before stopping, he also didn’t fully comply to all instructions , so I can understand the cop getting aggravated . However, a cop than can’t control his anger is dangerous for all concerned . He should have de escalated the situation and spoke in a calm manner and if he had of alleviated the lieutenants fears instead of saying “ you should be afraid “ I’m sure the lieutenant would have complied without the need to be pepper sprayed and dragged to the ground .
