The point is to remove soldiers from endless wars such as in Syria ... there are 100s of 1000s of US soldiers stationed in allied countries all over the world who are safe.

@Griko Salento ISIS is always going to be killing innocent people with or without a US presence in Syria , the few that escaped are minuscule in number compared to the free ones all over Syria. The US forces are in Iraq to protect Iraq as well as be a base to run missions on any ISIS regeneration in Syria

@Thyalwaysseek It’s a very simple concept you lefties cannot seem to grasp.. Get the troops out of harms way by getting out of endless wars. Whether they come home or are stationed in countries that are not at war , it doesn’t matter... there are 40000 US troops based in Germany where they are just as safe if they were back in the US, so there is no call to bring those troops home. See if you can wrap your brain around troop safety being the key factor as opposed to the geography of where they are stationed.
