  1. Apparently if your hair is longer than your earlobes you need a hair cap. This kid had a hair cap but again according to the rules the cap needs to be attached to the head gear and it wasn’t. The ref actually applied the rules correctly. I wonder how much pressure the coaching staff put on this kid to cut his hair
