@cool_logical_dude we’ve already Got a taste of a New York jury with the E Jean Carrol case . Trump has got no hope . But you’re right that the appeals court even if hast to go to the Supreme Court will end up overturning the result

@cool_logical_dude so you’d be fine if a Republican ran for Attorney General of Delaware in 2026 on getting Biden and then gets elected and finds ways to interpret state laws in novel ways to charge Biden with a crime ? Or how about a Republican was elected Governor of Delaware and they changed statute of limitation laws for a 1 year period allowing Tara Reade to sue Biden for raping her ?
