Most of the people are not getting as big a tax return because they didn’t adjust the withholding amount after the tax changes so took more home in their weekly pay. Although if you live in a high taxing Democrat run state you may be getting more tax because you have a $10000 Limit on deduction of state and local taxes (SALT) so instead of the whole country subsidising your state taxes you are now rightfully paying for it yourself. So take it up with your local Democrat Governor
