@rtorres81rc Adults have a fully developed frontal cortex and a lifetime of experience to question and develop their beliefs... kids are like plasticine that can have their beliefs molded very easily and without question.

@Chronic Crypto these kids were not that long ago believing in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy.. They have not yet developed the capability to rigorously question what they have been told.

@rtorres81rc My point is there is a reason why we have age limits on when children can vote, drink, drive a car etc.That doesn’t mean that all adults are intelligent capable humans beings as can be seen in this comment section, however it does highlight that society recognises children are not ready to partake in certain activities in society because they are not physically or mentally developed enough.

@sam newcome I think living in the aftermath of WW2 gave the baby boomers a pretty good life education and produced the greatest generation of modern times.

@sam newcome there’s a difference between parents educating their children as they see fit versus state sanctioned brainwashing of children in schools and encouraging children to take the day off school to protest.
