@AMX86 I’ve got a feeling you don’t watch sports.. I’ve stopped watching certain sports because they’ve become too woke and I’m not alone in doing that

@sir.lancelot8338 sports depend on corporate advertiser dollars... if the ratings are continuously heading south then eventually there won’t be enough corporate dollars to make the sporting clubs viable... it’s a bit like women’s soccer. They have hardly any viewers at a club level and therefor get no sponsorship dollars.

@pnguyen45 the Super Bowl lost 12.5 million viewers since 2011 to 2019 and had its worst view rating since 2007. I’m sure sponsors aren’t to happy about that.

@pnguyen45 viewership is definitely on the decline, however, you will note the The NFL know this woke trend is not good for ratings, so I’ve got to give them credit for standing up to Cuban and the woke brigade and saying the team must play the national anthem .
