Here’s heres Hur’s words as to why he felt there wasn’t a path to successful prosecution “Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” In Hur's view, “it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him”

I’m quoting from Hur’s report Here’s another quote "Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” Your argument is ridiculous Hur lays out the evidence of Biden’s guilt and says why he didn’t prosecute because he felt a jury may not convict because of sympathy that he was an elderly man with memory problems . What part of this don’t you understand ?
