@demigod1013 Cohen went to prison for tax evasion , perjury and the plea of guilt to campaign finance laws wouldn’t have added any time to his sentence. But because you’re a more Ron , you wouldn’t understand this

@KevinWendigo63 yes . I was the head juror. Great experience but I saw how easily people can be influenced by others, the want to just go home and using their own negative experiences to want to put someone away without necessarily looking at the specific facts of the case

@KevinWendigo63 in most cases I think a jury of our peers works . However, with such a polarising figure as Donald Trump , we all know that if this trial was held in a deep red state , then it is likely that trump would be acquitted and similarly in a deep blue state he would be convicted. I believe this should have been a bench trial ( without jury) so that Merchan ( as biased as he is )is solely responsibly for the ruling.

@jwc1772 if the system was fair , the judge would have moved the trial to Staten Island as requested by the defence so as to get a politically neutral jury pool. Btw you know full well if this trial was held in a deep red state that trump would not have been indicted let alone convicted

@jwc1772 come on! If this was a deep red state the indictment wouldn’t have even happened and if it did the deep red jury would acquit . When it comes to polarising figures like Donald trump a jury trial is never going to be fair either for or against depending on which state or county the trial is held .

@tra19999 Meidas Touch are on the same level as MSNBC ( Trump haters) . So take them with a grain of salt . If you want a serious legal opinion try professor Alan Dershowitz a Democrat who has never voted for Trump but is only interested in the law . He’s got a YouTube channel called the Dershow.
